1. Who we are

This policy describes your rights to cancel your order (withdraw from the contract), return Products, and receive a refund. It is intended to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, and the Consumer Rights (Amendment) Regulations, as well as other applicable Irish and EU consumer law.

2. Your right to cancel (withdrawal)

If you are a Consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the Products, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) using our contact details above. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission if you wish, but it is not mandatory. If you use another clear statement, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Effects of cancellation and return of goods

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the Products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Products. We will inform you of the return address and any return instructions when we acknowledge your cancellation.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the Products as you would in a shop; we may charge for any decrease in value caused by use beyond that (e.g. opening and consuming a significant part of the product where that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning).

4. Exceptions to the right to cancel

Your right to cancel does not apply in the following cases (in line with the Consumer Rights Directive and Irish law):

For food supplements such as Activenza, once the seal of the product has been broken or the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, we may not be required to accept a return for hygiene reasons. If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within the 14-day period in accordance with this policy. If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Faulty or non-conforming goods

If the Products are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or defective), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU law apply. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund depending on the circumstances. You must notify us without undue delay after you discover the lack of conformity (and in any case within the applicable legal time limits). We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will comply with our legal obligations and, where applicable, reimburse the cost of return for faulty goods.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

6. How to return Products

To return Products under this policy:

  1. Contact us by email at info@velmorinzol.world (or by post or phone) and state that you wish to cancel and return the Products. Include your order reference or name and the date of order if possible.
  2. We will acknowledge your cancellation and provide you with the return address and any instructions (e.g. how to pack the Products).
  3. Send the Products to the address we give you, in their original packaging where possible, and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return unless the Products are faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
  4. Once we receive the Products (or evidence of their return), we will process your refund as set out above. Refunds are normally made within 14 days of our receiving the returned Products or your evidence of return.

If you do not return the Products as agreed, we may arrange for their collection at your cost. We may also deduct from the refund any direct cost we incur in collecting the Products, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Refund method and timing

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. We will make the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned Products or your evidence of having sent them back (or, where we have offered to collect the goods, within 14 days of your informing us of your decision to cancel). If we have not received the Products back and you have not supplied evidence of return, we may withhold the refund until we receive the Products or such evidence.

In the case of faulty or non-conforming goods, refunds will be made in accordance with your statutory rights; we may refund the full price including original delivery and, where applicable, the cost of return.

8. Business customers

If you are not a Consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your trade or business), the right to cancel under consumer law may not apply. We may still agree to accept returns or offer a refund at our discretion; any such agreement will be confirmed in writing. For business customers, our Terms of Service apply in full.

9. Questions and complaints

If you have any questions about returns or refunds, or if you wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details at the top of this policy. We will respond as soon as possible and in any case within a reasonable time. If you are a Consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or to bring proceedings in the courts. In Ireland, you may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for information on your rights: www.ccpc.ie.

10. Changes to this Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we make changes. Changes will not affect returns or refunds for orders placed before the change. For existing orders, the version of this policy in force at the time of your order applies. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
